Fans were super thriller to watch B-town’s favourite jodi Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham come together once again after ‘Dhoom’ and ‘Dostana’ for the Hindi remake of the Malayalam hit ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’. However, looks like we’d have to wait a little more to watch the two act in a movie again.
Bachchan Jr. recently walked out of the remake, leaving the spot vacant for another actor to fill. And if reports are to be believed, then the makers have signed Arjun Kapoor for the role now, making it a battle of ego between his and Abraham’s character, played by Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon in the original flick.
However, this won’t be the first time that John and Arjun will be seen locking horns with each other. The two are already busy shooting for the sequel to director Mohit Suri’s ‘Ek Villain’ along with Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani, where they will be fighting it out.
Interestingly, the fortune of ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’s remake now depends on how ‘Ek Villain 2’ fares at the box office.
